The Mountain Arts on Broadway Center at Broadway and Ross in Mountainair is still going strong with its October events. They include:
Drawing/Painting Workshops Focusing on Portraits every Monday from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. until November 8. Cost is $15 per class for nonmembers and $10 for members. Open Studio – Clay and Mosaic Classes with Tomas Wolff every Wednesday until October 31 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost is $15 per class for nonmembers, $10 for members, and materials are extra.
Halloween Party, Saturday, October 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. sponsored by Cibola Arts. Everyone is welcome, costumes are optional, and the suggested $10 donation benefits Cibola Arts.
