Travis Suazo, Executive Director of the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in Albuquerque, NM, will be offering a Pueblo perspective on archaeology and discussing the importance of the core values of love, faith, compassion, service and community to the Pueblo people at the Tuesday, June 11, 2013 Friends of Tijeras Pueblo lecture.
This lecture kicks off a collaborative effort between the Friends of Tijeras Pueblo and the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. It is being held at the Sandia Ranger Station just south of the Village of Tijeras and begins at 6:30 p.m. A $5 donation is requested from non-members of the Friends.
